PES 2015 Discussion Thread (PS4/XB1)

i'm now up to 25 games and had one freekick..through balls feel broken too either its way to powerful or the AI takes over and places it perfectly. even with a tap

Every goal is from nearly the same spot or thereabouts. . . .I'd get bored with that. Good to see you're enjoying it. ... I can't take to it yet . . .probably in time. Keep posting vids if you can.

Does turn out that way in that video but I can assure you that's one of the games and the way I approached that one, outwide abd cutting in.
The variation in goals is huge

I know what you're saying.. . . if you get a chance of posting a few more .. . show a variety of chances and goals cos I'm not even playing the demo at the moment.. . thanks!

Its a great post cos years ago PES players accepted Merseyside Red etc, lack of game modes, shit commentary and lack of details cos on the pitch they won hands down v Fifa.

Now Fifa have not only overtaken them in the game play but they have slaughtered them in presentation, details and even things like letter fonts.

Next Gen gamers demand this as that's what we have bought these better consoles for.

PES15 is an OK game but it looks like a 360/PS3 game. When I play the demo I feel its 2009/10 again.

No bro don't agree on the visuals. Player models, fonts etc look much better than fifa. Don't get me started on the beards

This is not an ugly game it is beautiful and runs at 60fps on the ps4. Lighting, pitch and other details could be improved of course

These are screens I captured with my phone on my Samsung plasma

Well that's certainly debatable.

Just TODAY Messi scored for Barca the 5th goal of the match by lofting the ball with his RIGHT foot. He has scored so many amazing goals with his right one. EA didn't do anything wrong here. He'll shoot with the any of his feet depending on his body position and where the goal is. I just score 2 goals with Messi in PES with his right foot, it didn't look wrong.

By the way, the feint-shot (:square: + :x:) is totally fucked up this year in PES. I loved the way it was back in the way, it really helped creating space for shooting or get past a defender. Not it just looks silly and it actually slows you down a lot.
its a struggle to get it to work at all on ps3 version FFS

Can someone with both versions confirm that the PS4 looks better than the Xone? :FISH:

Ps4 has the superior resolution and is less pixelated on bigger TVs..only a resolution issue though they play pretty much identically.

Also depends on your pad preference,personally the Xboxone pad wins for me..but again it's personnel preference...strange though because ea hit 1080p off the bat last year with Fifa before the kinect disconnect and early in the consoles life and the trial of 15 is smooth as a badgers nut on the one and has a consistent frame rate and 1080p resolution.

Can't see why konami can't hit 1080p with pes this year it's not the most gpu demanding engine..may well change.

I wouldn't buy a ps4 just to play the pes demo in a higher resolution though,although the last of us warrants a purchase.

Have you guys seen this ?
Master League Information

All contracts you sign with a club are restricted to 1 year in length.This makes the end of the season a very busy time, as you must decide which club team you would like to manage next season.If you have earned the trust and respect of your team (Team's trust level), then you will be offered an extension.At the same time, you may receive offers from other clubs.Take a look at your offer list to see who's interested in your services.Alternatively, you can hand in a transfer request and look for pastures anew. However, please note that this option only applies to teams who have managerial vacancies at the time.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The "Team's Trust Level" indicates the level of trust between you and the players.If this were to drop below a certain level, you will not be offered a renewal at the end of the season.The trust level fluctuates based on the team's fortunes on the pitch and the amount it changes each time depends on the strength of the opposition.So, by this rule, the easiest way to earn your team's trust is to beat big clubs.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

In Master League, a manager's job isn't all about club management.Managers yearn for the opportunity to lead their nation to great success.Such an opportunity may come calling for you too.The more experience you gain in club management, the bigger the chance you will have of receiving such an honour.The job of managing the national team is a part-time one and you will continue in your present role at the club even if you were to accept such an offer.As national team manager, you will be tasked with guiding the team to success in international competitions as well as naming the squads for the qualifiers and friendlies in preparation.Your performances at both club and international level will ultimately dictate who you will get to manage.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
If you are not sure who to sign, a scout can help in shortlisting potential targets.All you have to do is to let him know the type of players you want by selecting [Negotiations] → [Sign] → [Scouting Instructions]To see which players the scout has shortlisted, select [Negotiations] → [Sign] → [Scouting Report] in order The list will be updated every two weeks.Players from the list tend to be more readily available and therefore are easier to sign.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
When players near the end of their contracts, it's time to start renewing their deals.Negotiations over contract renewals start when players come to you with their desired terms.If you find the terms acceptable, then a new deal can be agreed. If not, you can reject the player's requests and let him know what you are willing to offer.Or, you may choose not to renew the contract if you feel that the player is surplus to requirement.Players who feel little loyalty towards the club can often put their renewal talks on hold.Convincing such players to stay can turn out be far more costly compared to players who are happy to remain at the club.Should they choose to leave, they are entitled to free transfers, meaning you will receive nothing even if they were to sign with other clubs.

Regardless of whether you are negotiating contract renewals or a transfer, it's always best to offer terms that will satisfy the player.Try adjusting the terms & conditions so that his Satisfaction Level is indicated by ?? or ??.If it still remains at ??,?? or ?? , you will have to improve your offer.In a player's contract, there are many adjustable options and clauses. These include:

<Team Negotiations: Player Trades>
When trying to sign a player, you can use players from your team as makeweights in a trade deal.In such cases, try to put forward players who can play in positions which the other team is looking to strengthen. This would then give you more leverage in any potential deal.

<Team Negotiations: Option-to-buy>
This is an option only available in loan deals.Including this option allows players to be bought or sold during their loan spells.

<Player Negotiations: Appearance Bonus>
Players who have this clause written into their contracts are entitled to 1% of their annual salaries for each appearance made.This is an option which can make it easier for you to negotiate with players who feature regularly for their teams.

<Player Negotiations: Goal Bonus>
Players who have this clause written into their contracts are entitled to 1% of his annual salaries for every goal scored.This is an option which can make it easier for you to negotiate with attacking players who feature regularly for their teams.

<Player Negotiations: Release Clause>
Players who have this clause written into their contracts can force a move if an offer comes from a team with a higher club ranking.This is an option which can make it easier for you to negotiate with highly rated and ambitious players who are looking to eventually play for a big club.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Have a look to see where the club's money goes.Details on potential income sources will be covered next.

<Market Value>
The market value will form the basis of a player's true financial worth.This value can fluctuate based on 2 factors: the player's individual achievements and those achieved by his club.The player's transfer fee will also be set in accordance to the market value.

<Annual Salary>
The annual salary like its name suggests refer to the yearly wage players are paid by their clubs.It is the one expenditure that has to be paid at regular yearly intervals.Whenever you are thinking about bringing in new players, make sure that you check the club's current wage bill as well as the overall state of their finances.

<Severance Payment>
On releasing a player who he is still contracted to your club, you will be obliged to pay him what is known as a severance payment.This amount will be worked out based on the player's annual salary.

<Bankruptcy>
The club will be declared bankrupt if you are unable to cover the player's wage bills come the beginning of the season.While bankruptcy won't result in the dissolution of your team, you will be subject to a transfer embargo until the debts are paid off.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The club can raise funds from the following sources.

<Gate Receipts & Prize Money>
Gate receipts and prize money are what forms the main bulk of the club's revenue. Note, gate receipts can only be earned in home matches.Prize money will be awarded in accordance to the club's performances in both league and cup.

<Sponsors & Fan clubs>
Sponsorship fees and fan club subscriptions are paid at the beginning of the season.The expected revenue from these sources will be disclosed towards the end of each season, which affords you the time to plan ahead and look for potential reinforcements.Needless to say, the better you perform, the more revenue you will generate.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Player development isn't restricted to just matchday as they are put through their paces in everyday training. The team's training regime can be set by allocating focus points in [Player Menu] → [Training]. Allocating more points to certain aspects of training will lead to quicker increases of related player stats.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Being given constant playing time as well as being a member of a team which achieves constant success are the 2 ways in which player loyalty increases.Players with little affection for the club are bound to leave the club eventually. Managing egos and keeping everyone happy is another important aspect of football management.

What pass assist to playing on?

zero or one bar --more inclined to go zero as on one the AI still overrides my choices at times and cant play into open space..I cant believe people are not stamping their feet regarding fouls you cannot have a single player game if their are no fouls..That was FIFAs issue last year but looks to have been addressed this year as i have seen a few reckless tackles by the AI, a number of bookings a red card and 2 penalties in about the same amount of play time.

not talking about the game menu but the match menu...its the same thing since ...a decade FUCK. and replay still only can show 5 goals. laughable! i dont want to change up the whole thing but still polish it a bit....

I played the demo why does the sprinting look like players are hunched when they run?

Stuff like player ID is awesome but so much lets this game down from being really good. Xbox one version looks absolutely poor and also playing on superstar and im noticing the AI missing so many easy chances from 6 yards out they just pass to the keeper :/

It a real shame because you can see the real potential there just if Konami poured more resources into the game to get things right.
