According to them (globoesporte: Just the sign left), São Paulo refused €33M and €38M offers from ManU, and this PSG offer is higher than those.
Also, Ferguson tried to talk to him in person, to convince him PSG "sucks", but didn't succeed.

IMHO, Lucas is VERY overrated (Jesus, €38M is a lot of money!). He's talented, but have a lot to improve in terms of teamplay.

PSG are crazy. No way he's worth that much and they don't even really need him! Look at the players they already have in his positions.
@amineken, Moura is nothing like those players and not a playmaker so though you're correct, this isn't a good example anyway.
