I got 13.

I would appreciate a bit more of an ambigous questionnaire, so you answer certain questions and don't know where they are leading to. Also repeating some questions throughout the questionnaire by desribing them differently.

With this questionnaire you know exactly where it is taking you from what you answer, so people will be more inclined to not tell the truth (to themselves more likely).

Scenario questions are good and then asking how you would feel if that happened to you, or what actions you would take in those situations etc.
