Is WE:PES2007 even coming out for the PC?

I saw the screenshots on konami site... So graphics in it looks like in the PES 6!!! Another s**t... So the graphics are not nexgen...
And in description no differences... BRAVO KONAMI #-o

I agree with you ...but only an important difference: GAMEPLAY ...for me it´s a big differencie with PES6 :8): ...everything else of game is exactly equal to PES6 :(
 
Gameplay WE:PES2007 is fantastic:

In the game , the action is more fast,the move of the ball is more real,and animations of players too.
Shoots better than PES6,and defense back and preeses very well.
The keepers have some new animations.

The movements are more precise and softs, more natural.
In my opinion ,this game is more adictive than pes6.

Has anyone been able to get a widescreen resolution working? It has an option to pick 1680 x 1050,but it doesn't "stick". Every other resolution works though. Any way to edit the settings.dat file directly?
 
I played... the pretty same game... and without lodmixer, kitserver, normal emblems it's not possible to see normally all changes...

Do you know that he is going to release a fix? I thought I heard something about him not releasing any more kitservers at least intill summer (which is a long time to wait...)
 
I am buying this game and I really need widescreen support, hopefully Juce will come to the rescue again, can't believe Konami still did not implement this option. :(
 
i installed the kit server 6.50 alpha.. but i have nothing on the screen..no options to choose my stadium or the balls... do i need something beside the kit server and the kits, stadium, faces, hair from the evolution patch?
i just want the kit server things ..dont need the 0_text or the 0_sounds...but does kitserver works with out this? or what do i need in order for the kitserver to work?

now that it's out....does anyone here know where to get it?
EB doesn't have it yet, and neither do bestbuy/walmart etc...
 
I recently bought WE:PES2007. I was under the impression its the same game as PES6. But I'll trust the others here in that its a different version completely even though my we2007.exe file states pes6.exe as it's description.

Anyways, if this is true its a totally different version, then it figures why I couldnt for the life of me install kitserver 6.4 and all the patches and mods available!

Some of the mods I see for PES6 are super sweet and wished I could use some on PES2007 (is that what we're calling it now then?) Btw, I manage to use option file 1.1 in my game, I renamed the PES6 in the option file name to WEU, loaded the game and worked fine...cept for one major thing. While the jerseys, team and league names worked fine, the faces were screwed up, and I had to set player faces back to default to get the right one.

I will try the alpha vers of the lodmixer by juice, and I really can't wait to be able to import all the cool mods and patches from PES6 into PES2007.

PS: I'm from Singapore and this PES2007 was released only quite recently here, maybe a month old.
 
Well, the exe is different, else we wouldn't have to adjust kitserver to it.
Also the 0_text.afs and e_text.afs are different (there are a different number of files in them compared to pes6). It seems like the OF is still the same, that's right. But i think some of the files have moved (maybe also the faces?), and so you can't import patches (for the AFS) easily or use something like Evolution Patch (only partly).

We hope that we can release a final version with WE:PES2007 support next week, but juce (without the "i" ;)) has to figure out the right memory addresses first. So then you could use the GDB packs with kits, faces, stadiums and so on, but if something has to be patched in the AFS... you will have to find out if and where the file moved.

Yeah you're right, glad I stumbled across this forum else I won't know it's a totally different game to PES6.

As for edit tools, it's great that you fellas are taking time to create and design it, it's much appreciated. Take your time with the development/conversion, I'll wait patiently for it. For now, I'll be reading more posts in here to learn and comprehend the installation of patches etc and whatnot.

Thanks again you guys for developing such tools for us normal consumers to enjoy.
 
um...still wondering...where is this game available aside from online, or atleast when would it be.
 
I couldn't find it in store here in Canada so I bought it from Konami website, is anyone from North America playing online? I'm seeing all these players from HK so they lag badly for me.
