Well try to redownload all files , maybe there is missing some bits
Try to update your direct X and video drivers and make sure you have installed Visual C++ 2008
 
Ok, this could be a longshot, but check the following things:
- You got flash installed?
- Delete the gameguard folder in the exe folder
- Rename/Delete gameguard.des and try again.
 
If you mean flash player, then yes.
I delete gameguard folder from the exe folder and delete gameguard.des and the same happens.

When I run the game, after a few seconds my game freeze and then I got this error above.

I downloaded the game from this links, http://www.evo-web.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=2518141&postcount=123, but I have the game from before(clean version) with this update, the problem is still present there.



I tried all this on my second PC where I have Win7 and nothing's changed.

You need account on hangames, you need Korean Social Number.

So I would say 99% impossible to play online for Europeans/USA people. Until KONAMI decided to release this Worldwide...

I'm running well with a Radeon HD4850 512mb VRAM 256-bit at 1440x900 px

I think that only with a "128-bit" VGA you will need more VRAM

....

The pace of this game is great. I hope Konami release this for Asian players this year and come to South America someday

I have 512 vega card and 3 giga ram
the game is slow
I tested it in another pc
1 giga vega card it is amazing
 
Vram is the last thing to look for about gpu strenght.

There is some geforce 6xxx, 7xxx cards with 512 vram and they are dozen times slower than some 8xxx/9xxx cards with same amount of memory, you know.

:CONFUSE: What is that ?? is it installer , original installer file of Beta ??? Is it ?? Or you just donwload the game from my links and just make it in one installer exe with winrar or .. some other software !? I need to know ...

I don't fix still this problem. Also my gameguard folder, come back after i delete that. Please, somebody help me. I'am sorry for my bad English.

Update directx
Delete gameguard folder
start with WEO Release 2
