Problem during surfing on Evo-Web
few times (by moment) after charging a page on Evo, the adress witch automaticcly and i got this adress --->

Thanks, Thomas, someone else has reported this as well. Did you happen to notice what advert was showing before you were redirected?
 
I had the same thing.
You can't see what advert was showing, because the page is gone very quickly...
When you go back to "previous screens" you get an adress with UGO in it...so i also guessed that it was due to advertisements...

Oh and it happened very regularly to me...the last two days i wasn't able to read posts...today is much better...
 
Cheers fellas, the hosts have got in touch with UGO so hopefully I'll hear something back soon...

Yeah, cheers Thomas. Someone else reported it too and the hosts are already aware and promised to get rid. Let me know if it keeps coming back.
 
Can anyone who has experienced the problem confirm which browser they're using? I'm wondering if it's a combination of a certain advert and browser.
 
I've also just added a fix recommended by the gods of hosting so that should sort it...

Cheers, I got it then as well in IE7.

It's a Hellboy 2 advert that's a bit interactive, looks to me like it's not quite coded correctly. Not sure why it just doesn't appear at all in other browsers, though, unless the ad is specifically targeted at IE.

No, just the O2 advert problem in Safari. All of the browsers have issues of some sort so please leave this thread for troubleshooting the problem.

I am actually using Opera now due to some issues with the latest version of Safari ;)

I use IE 7, and i still use it, because work in all others websites, i have just this problem (few times) on Evo, no problems during last 4 days
 
It affects this one advert so if it's on rotation might happen a lot. I'm trying what I can to fix it. Sorry everyone!
 
A fix was made last night apparently, anyone still having the problem?
