Nice trailer.
Like that Bundesliga stuff, but shame that they didnt get same treatment as BPL last year. That would be masive! Hope for next-year that.
Some great news there starting CM, and new options for weather (fog :D FINALLY), and my biggest concern in FIFA series - CHANTS. I know many teams have good chants in game, but i am talking about some "less important" teams cause i play mostly with them. Like PAOK, Panathinaikos, Polish teams, Russian etc, its shame that those teams dont have real chants in game, especially cause those fans are passionate supporters with great atmosphere, but in fifa, matches sound like its funreal..That PSG chant (on ea site) sound fantastic, and that should do for all teams.

The reason for that is probably because in Basketball the camera is much closer to the players so you have a good view of the player shirts, but in football the camera is further out so you don't see the player shirt movement much in-game.

I like CM changes, but not if the CPU teams are still so bizarrely tuned. Crap league 2 teams would pwn me consistently, then I'd play Chelsea at the Bridge and win 4-0.

Not to mention teams all playing rather similarly.

Also the match simulation by CPU or HUMAN is horrible. It is so randomized and so biased to home teams. I hope we will be able to see teams playing according to their style and tactics and not a generic scripted A.I for once.

Shirt models don't even move anymore. Shirt looks horrible aswell as the pants. And how come they remove the shirt animation in Next gen? Shirt animation was in RTWC 06,07 and degraded on 08 and Fifa 11 was the last one to hav shirt animation which wasn't that much noticeable like Fifa 06 Rtwc or Pes 14.

3D grass was removed after World cup 2006 in x360.

Now the same is happening to new gen Fifa games. Let me guess.. They will remove 3D grass in future versions.

they could. a lot of studios outsource 3d work to independent studios / freelancers strictly focusing on stuff like this.

they could probably add 1 or 2 full leagues a year if they wanted to.

Having DLC for stadiums has been suggested by some people.

If EA made stadia DLC packs then that could even help cover the costs of outsourcing the stadia creation.

It would be a great move if EA outsourced the stadium creation, so they could really go full throttle and add all the stadiums for the top tier leagues.

It's EA, they never go more than half throttle :P

Trailer, as usual, looks good. I'm more interested if we'll see a more football game or the usual ping-pong passing, lob through balls and so on.

Well for the last couple of Fifas the potential hasn't been a set in stone number, players may not reach it if they don't play it, plauyers often surpass it significantly if they play regularly and do well.

To me it makes sense, the whole squad will be trained as normal this is just specialised individual training which in the real world there's only a few hours for both in terms of how many coaching hours available and such, most hours of a player's weekly training will be on the core aspects of their game, the team's game, tactics etc not leaving much time for specialised training, that plus imagine having to do the training mini games for 40 players each week, I'd be exhausted and never get to play any matches!

Why is there still no gameplay video? I want to see if the game still plays like a basketball match or an actual football match with midfield involved.

What the hell is going on with Gamescom FIFA videos this year? In last years we had a lot of materials shown after first day of event. And as I know, FIFA was playable today for all visitors, so I'm a bit surprised we still cannot watch actual gameplay of F16 ;)

handballs can be turned on and off. This lack of videos is sickening and appalling. Gamescom is all about videos being released rendered in crap quality. What is it that they're hiding? Werent they proud af the other month?
