Ligue 1 and Seria A are fully licensed.
No one team from Bundesliga, even Bayern. Only National team is full licensed.

As far as I know Macedonia (by any name) is not in game, Montenegro is (info from WENB by Adam). Maybe Konami will increase number of European National teams some more but it's highly unlikely.

The harder championship in the world is out again (brazilian championship)... I agree with Nysp, I miss some of great teams from south america, that easily can face any team of Europe... Inter is in, but teams like São Paulo, Flamengo, Corinthians, Santos, Palmeiras, Atlético Mineiro, Cruzeiro.. Great teams, and they are out... KONAMI don't look to us again...

Why cant they make all the national teams and more league systems and divisions for the leagues?
Keep call them PFC Headset and stuff if they are not licensed... just make it easy to modify them for the modders.
Wonder why games like FIFA Manager, Champ Manager, Premier Manager and Football Manager can have team and player names for thousands of clubs, complete league systems and much much more... If they dont have license for Champ League they make a cup just like it but call it Europ Champions Cup or something else...
but PES can only have two fully licensed leagues, couple of national teams and few other club teams.. why?

Why should anyone call them that? Macedonia and Russia are shorter names and sound better. Everyone knows which countries they are. So why? Because some people spend their whole lives being upset that a neighboring country chose the wrong name? Pff.

And have you ever tried to call an editable team "Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia"? It doesn't work. It's too long.

To see team names you must unzleab file unnamed_11 from dt04.img and open that in hex editor. In there is the full list of teams like the one in the first post and Montenegro is in there.
