PC are better because you can upgrade them. so no need to buy every few years its alot cheaper to upgrade.
if you know how to build your own pc you can get an high end pc for £300 - £400 not including monitor/keyboard etc.
but will have 2s the power the ps3/x360 has.
but if you dont know how to put a pc together so you need to buy from shop it will cost min £700 for high end pc with monitor ect.
this meaning consoles will be cheaper BUT!!!! if you did spend the £700 it would play all the latest games for the next 4+years
ps3/xbox 360 graphics are better for this simple fact that PC game makers have to provide a game that will work on a range of PCs, high end - mid end, if every one had the top of the range PCs the then games would be far better.

to end PCs is way better then ps3/360 we wont need to go out and spend £400-500+ on the next consoles just to play the latest games. the graphics cards that are coming out today will be what are in the next set of consoles.
