i use win 7 64 bit, is that different? in forum say 64 bit can read 4b ram and 32 bit only read 3,5gb...

Alleluja, I will try windows 7 mate, hopely it works
But it's strange that 64 bit doesn't provide the same as 32 bit, it should be better.

is it your motherboard effect for your game?
my motherboard GA p31-ds3l..
this is old motherboard..
so sad if i must play in low quality
is there no solutions for my problem??
like using jenkeyy tool so even high quality it looks like low quality with coach and other thing outside stadium..

finally i can play this game better... after i update all driver using a software for update driver...
and for now.. the game work fine with high quality... dont know tomorrow.. LOL...

I noticed that most of users have fluid game with Radeon HD 6770.
I just bought HD 5770 (which is the same as 6770) and I don't see much diffrerence between my old 9600GT, it's still SLUTTER
I even oc my CPU to 4Ghz and no improvement. Great so I spent my money for nothing.

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz x 2 (2.66Ghz)64bit
Ram 3,3 GB
Radeon HD 5770 1024MB 128 bit (previous NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT 512 256bit)

This is strange, your setup should run PES 2013 perfectly. The weakest PC I have setup in my house runs PES 2013 at Full HD (1920 x 1080) on Windows XP with NO stutter:
Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16mhz
6GB DDR2 800mhz
EVGA 8800 Ultra Special
While the CPU in my setup is superior to yours, it should have no bearing on the game as your video card is superior to mine. You should be able to run the game maxed with no stutter.
