Want to get back into PES 6 but need some help

Hi all

I've bought a gaming laptop and would really like to start playing PES6 again. Unfortunately, my laptop doesn't have a disc drive, so was wondering if there is anywhere where I can download the game, and if so, can a downloaded PES6 game be modded in the same way the old disc version was? Thanks in advance - apologies if I have asked a stupid question - it's been a while since I last gamed on a PC.
 
yes to everything and pes6 games to download are here if you use the search box "pes6 installers"

That's great, thanks so much for your help. Last stupid question, but I assume each patch installs the full game a a standalone?

Hello mate, here is the link to @Sany023 thread where you can download hundreds of PES 6 patch installers:

(mostly those download links are on page 1 and 67, but you should check also all pages and other PES 6 threads because have really great content)

In every one of those patches PES6 is already included so you souldn't worry coz' you don't need to apply anything. After download just click on it, choose where to install it, and that's it. Enjoy !!! Also I'll let you one of my posts from Retro Thread with my Top 10 PES 6 patches if you want to use it as a reference with the best:

Will there be a pes6 patch for up coming season? I’m going back to retro given the awful state of the current football games

PES 6 controller issue​

I’m on windows 11, I’ve used the ds4 windows application….I’ve used PlayStation 4,5 and Xbox controller and yet the commands just don’t work properly….I’ve tried applying all the commands individually through the settings but won’t work either ….if anyone has or had this issue or knows a fix please let me know, thank you 🙏
 
As far as I remember… There’s an issue with the Xbox controllers that apparently won’t let you use both the triggers (RB and LB) at once: because of this, the attack/defence level selector won’t work properly.
I could never get around that unfortunately (Xbox 360 controller here).

I haven’t ever used a PlayStation controller on PC though, so I can’t tell about them, sorry.

I have no issue with playing with a PS4 controller so far, though I am on win7.
