Does anyone knows how to improve the strategy or technique rating. Currently my rating is C for strategy and D for technique. I tried tinkering with the focus point but to no avail, the ratings stayed the same. By the way, what does the focus point do? We cannot apply it to individual player. We have something like 11 focus points, if I apply 10 for shooting, does it mean all my players can shoot better.?
