I might still have kits from FIFA 11, 12 and 13 somewhere. I'll have a look in the coming days and share if I still have them.
Other than that, I don't really know where to get the older ones (consider that they had a different texture format as far as I remember, the main difference being the collar that was a separate part of the texture in FIFA 10 for PS3, for example).

Any idea how to open these .rx3 files?

I think that a “rx3 master” was included with File Master. Have a look for it!
