XBOX 360 PES2010 V PS3 VERSION

I have noticed that previous years Pes on the ps3 was only in 720p where the 360 version was full 1080p i my self have moved over to the 360 after years of playing it on the ps2.
I just thought it felt smoother on the 360 the last couple of years i am not talking about online play though.
Anyway i was wondering if this years pes 2010 on the ps3 is finally 1080p and has anybody got both versions ? and is there much difference ?.
Also one of the reasons i have stuck with the 360 version is the ability to patch the game something not possible on the ps3 although some of the option files comming out for the ps3 are great.
Any feedback much apree .
 
PS3 version is 720p only, unless like Batman if you disable 720p in the settings it might do 1080p not sure. But that would be upscaled.

The box says 720p though.

Seems ok, but i haven't played the 360 version, I'm using WENB option file.
 
Very few games on PS3 actually run in native 1080p - and even then, their frame rate is not as good as 720p. Kinda glad I got a 720p Plasma and didn't hold out for a 1080p (although their power savings are now better, and are cheaper post G.F.C)

In Australia Foxtel (like Sky in UK?) is 720p and our Free to Air is 1080i, not p.

Having said that, a 720p signal upscaled on a 1080p set would look a little nicer, although compared to the old days of 4:3 480p I'm not complaining!
