If those score are correct, then WE 2008 must be a completely different game than PES 2008.

Otherwise I'll expect to see a Famitsu sponsor logo in the game in the same way we see IGN logo (which rated PES very highly).

LOL c'mon is anyone surprised? Japanese game magazine is not going to piss in its own pool by upsetting one of the biggest Japanese gaming companies and biggest Japanese gaming franchises........

Famitsu gave good scores to Pro Yakyu Spirits 4 for PS3, which is a Konami baseball game. The game had big frame rate, loading, and online issues. In fact, I read these comments about PES2008 and it reminds me so much of my own message board. Seems like Konami just can't get online play right. Famitsu now pretty much gives any big Konami franchise game a gold or platinum score, so I wouldn't pay attention to these scores. They used to be a respected magazine, but have been giving lenient reviews for the past few years now.

Not that I know anything about the credibility of Famitsu's scores, but may be it has something to do with Japanese not caring as much about online play as people in other countries?

There goes the last Credibilty Famitsu had
Any review score that stands out that much compared to the countless average reviews you know they arent unbiased.
Just like the OPM review
