Twitter/Facebook buttons?

Is it possible to add Twitter/Facebook buttons in the user profile?
I mean the user add his twitter/facebook link in his profile and it appears as an icon or button under the username, that when you click you move to his page on twitter/facebook.
IMO it'd be a good addition

I don't get what you mean by "catching on" mate, you mean not popular?
As far as I know they're definitely the most popular social sites out there..
my point is that it'd be nice to communicate with each others through those sites, just like the MSN or the ICQ choices available in the forum right now.

I was being a tad sarcastic, sorry.

We are looking at making the site a bit more social friendly but I don't think it's standard functionality for vBulletin to add these without modifying templates, which I'm avoiding at the moment.

Thanks for the suggestion, though. It is on the to-do list...
