I've been having huge problems with slowdowns and FPS drops in PES 2008, until now. At 1440x900 I've had an average of 30 FPS during a match and it's been getting more and more frustrating. However, yesterday I went to the US and brought my computer on the plane. And when I started PES I suddenly had no slowdowns or FPS drops at all! The game was running like a dream and I hadn't changed any settings, drivers etc at all! Now how the hell is that possible? I can't figure out how this could happen but if you have problems with slowdowns and nothing seems to make it better, try going on a plane
