The V-Sync problem (Vista) - screen tearing

Is there a fix for it? I've recently switched from pes10 to pes6 and I'm enjoying it more, however I'm experiencing the screen tearing problem. I've enabled V-Sync in my Ati settings and I've tried triple buffer option, but the problem still exists.

I'm using Vista, and i've googled but i can only find other people with the same problem, but I've yet to find a solution. Does anybody know what i can do, other than change my OS to XP?

For those that may have this problem in the future, the solution is to disable V Sync in your ATI settings and to download and run D3Doverrider.

That fixed the problem with Vista and an ATI card.
