Sluttering issue despite of very good hardware

Hello and help !!!
I have a problem because despite of quite good hardware parameters the sluttering occurs during the match with a medium sets. It's strange because all cutscenes and replays are very smooth. Both the cutscenes and the match itself is constantly 60 fps. Please help.

My specs
i3 8100 3.6Ghz (better than i5 7400)
GTX 1060 6GB
8GB RAM
win 10 64 bit

Does the performance change in different cameras?

Try setting your power management option to "Maximum performance" in your Nvidia control panel.

Try to start task manager, select PES2018.exe, click on affinity, untick core 0.
