Shops that post from PAL to USA

Does anyone know of any good online retailers that are in the PAL region who will post games across to America?

I have a friend who wants to pick up a PAL version of WWE Smackdown Vs Raw for my save files but I have no idea of anyone.

I'm sure some places have been mentioned on here before but I can't find them with the search function.
