Secret Editor not Working

Hi,
I have a problem with the Secret Editor. When I put it in the PES 6 folder and start it, it says: "unhandled exception in the application".
Can someone help me? Thank you!

I fixed it guys. Thanks anyway.
You had to grant "read" and "write" permission.
