Region Lock Confirmed??

Hm, just wondering, ya I searched this before i posted and know that the ps3 doesnt have a region lock and stuff but....

just for a definitive answer..... has anyone (first hand experience) with a non japanese ps3 been able to play winning eleven08 / or japanese ps3 played pes08??

oh you wouldnt be from Toronto?

Do you know any other place besides Pacific Mall that sells it?(they sell it for 90$) or is my best bet getting it is from an online store

I don't live in Toronto but yeh I know what Pmall is. I got mine off play-asia.com came to like $85CDN, and shipping only took like 2 days, but you might as well just get it at Pmall. I don't know any other online stores that you could get it for much cheaper.
