Re-insallation..it installs..plays fine first time but..

It installs fine..first play is fine but when I exit and enter PES 2008 PC again it won't work

Basically the save file seems to stop it from running..anyone have any ideas?

Check resolution in settings? 4:3, 16:9 ?
