Lets get this show on the road then, admittedly a little earlier than usual but why delay when I have this wonderful intro typed up for Week 1. Not that I am expecting anyone to enter til the start of August anyway but here it is...
There have been some transfers that have fucking dragged on this summer haven't there?! I tried to transfer control of this on during the close season but could not come to an agreement over how much the whole idea was worth so here I am for another year...
I would like to see more people taking part this year so please go tell everyone you know who has a vague interest in football and get them involved, it costs nothing and you could win a mug!
Now for a little change to the way this season will go. Predicts Extra will be a seperate game. It will have its own mini league so if you are failing in the main league you can still have a chance to win something come the end of the season. Hopefully that will gain a little more interest and keep people interested through the season. Points for both games will be combined when I total up the averages for the season but only then. See, I have thought this through
Let me explain the points system just to remind myself and everyone else how the scoring is working this season. You get 3 points for getting the score from the game right, along with that though you can also get 2 point for predicting whether it will be a HOME win, AWAY win or a DRAW. These dont have to match though so you could go for 1-0 and DRAW if you aint sure. Hope that makes sense, it always makes me think as I am typing it...
