Konami of Europe’s best-selling football title to feature full online compatibility across all formats Konami of Europe has confirmed that all versions of the European versions of its eagerly-awaited Pro Evolution Soccer 5 will feature full online play. Due for release in October, online play has been high on the agenda of the series' many fans and Producer Shingo 'Seabass' Takatsuka has delivered in the game's newest incarnation. Already regarded as the definitive footballing simulation, the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC-DVD versions of Pro Evolution Soccer 5 will all offer full online play for up to four players simultaneously, while the PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) game, which will be released shortly after, will feature wireless connectivity for multi-player action. The PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC-DVD versions will allow matches against either one or two-players, and will also facilitate leagues between friends from all over the world.
