PES 6 (PC) FPS

Is there a way of "unlocking" the FPS on PES 6? I've noticed it doesn't seem to get over 30fps and at times it drops down to 15-20fps and causes stuttering.

This is particularly annoying as I can play PES 2010 at 60fps just fine so surely PES 6 should play better?

thats weird, surely if you can play PES2010 at a constant 60fps, PES6 must be a breeze. Have u checked for vsync and refresh rate options?
 
Yep, both settings are the same config as what I've got 2010 set as. It does seem quite odd though.
 
depending on which graphics card you're using try to force refresh rate to 60hz in your graphics card control panel/display settings.

I remember that PES3-PES6 were straight ports from the PS2 to PC, and setting the refresh rate higher or lower than 60hz would cause stuttering.

PES2010 seems more optimized tho.
 
Try downloading D3DOverrider, open it, select de pes6.exe, turn al the options ON , but Loadlibrary Hooking off. It fixed the problem for me, and the game run smoothly.

btw i have an ATI 5770.
