I found a way to have full manual passing in Pes 6 using left analog and 
instead of right analog kai R3.
STEP 1
Download joytokey from here
STEP 2
Run joytokey and assign
Stick1-->Cursor Left
Stick2-->Cursor Right
Stick3-->Cursor Up
Stick4-->Cursor Down=
STEP 3
Go to Preferences-->Associate profiles with applications
Click "Add"
A window opens.
-In the first field type Pes 6
-In the second field type PES6.exe
-In the third field select the profile you have saved the above configuration
STEP 4
Go to \\Pro Evolution Soccer 6\\settings.exe
In "Keyboard" Tab, make sure you have associate the D-pad with the corresponsive cursor keys from your keyboard.
1.Go to "Player1" Tab.
-Edit the R3 and associate it with the of you controller.
-Associate the right stick of the game with the left stick of your controller. The left stick will work as the right stick now.
2.Save
