I really believe its the way to go. Normal is too fast, and -2 seems like playing under water. -1 is great to notice al the details and never gets too fast, even with top teams.

I like gamespeed +2 , feels more like those frenetic Champions League matches.

EDIT: Since online is 0, Ive been getting used to default game speed, its fine.
