PS2 PES 2013 problem with Master League

Can anyone help me? I have a problem with the Master League. I can not start a new ML, because after the first leg game crashes always at the same place (screen). In any league in the same way. Checking on another DVD, and it is the same. I think the problem is in the Option File, because the pure OF this problem does not exist. Something's wrong with the OF, maybe made ​​some change? Could anyone see what is wrong with my OF? I do not want to lose these changes (the OF). Please.

I had a problem like this with pes 2008 on ps2 I believe it was because some players where in the free national slots and registered with clubs in pes editor could maybe look at that as a possibility
 
after looking at your option file some players mostly the young ML players have for some reason been registered with 'null' under their registered clubs when that should be empty

i might be wrong but I think your OF is corrupt for good
