option files: pc to psp to ps2?

does anyone know if it is possible to transfer save files or updated option/roster files to WE9 PS2 using the psp connectivity? i'd like to know if this is possible before choosing whether to spend my money on a maxdrive or WE9 psp.

It's not possible to transfer a option file from psp to ps2 as the psp is slave device. Plus a psp is like £200 while a max drive is only like £15.
