my pes2011 slow

can anyone help me plzz.. well i use 2 play pes2011 on my pc, the game was ok, but now while am playing it's becoming very slow, as if am playing in slow motion..

how to fix it.. help plz..

my pc.. intel celron3.06, ati radeon 2400pro 512mb, 2g ram
