Can someone please help. I formatted my PC this morning as I was having a few graphiical issues with my games. I have re-installed but when I now try and get online with PES2013 I get the above message. I cannot even get to the bit where I login to the online environment.

Have you checked your windows firewall? Turn it off for testing purposes.

Get it fixed it soon so we can play some 2vs2 mate.

Just thought about it, are you using a router? If so, make sure your ip address hasn't changed after the format

Why would that cause an issue mate?

 

[sportyfox]

You need certain ports to be opened for the communication between your computer and the servers. If they are not open then it'll give you an error message just like you are seeing.

Edit: Try resetting your modem/router. Just turn them off and on to see if that'll fix it.

THINK IT MAY HAVE EITHER BEEN A CONFLICT OF FIREWALLS OR A MISSING WINDOWS UPDATE. NOT SURE BUT THANKFULLY IT'S WORKING NOW :@)
