Latest PC Patch & Options File

Hey,

Can anyone tell me what's the latest PC patch & options file??

I would like a premiership patch with all player names and team names in lowercase and latest transfers, stats, flags, kits and updated league names in an options file.

That's all i want in a patch so is there any for the PC?
