How many touches does a player get per game in 90mins 11-a-side

Basically im a 5-a-side player kickabout, only played 11s a few times for school.

But it seems to me over a 11-a-side 90min game you as an individual arent involved that much in the game?

Mayeb depends on position?

But total touches would be:

Passes received
Loose balls won
Tackles won


Then what you do with ball:

Passes made per game
Dribbles made per game
shots per game


Other involvement in game:

Attempted headers/headers won
Attempted tackles





You can find opta stats for whole season but I cnat seem to find individual game stats.

I wonder if the stats on football manager per game are realistic off real life?
