how do you do the zidane.ronaldo type run

were he knocks it the other way while running

its the the one move i want to master

i did it a couple of times on the demo - haven't done it in the game yet but as far as i could see it wasn't something you did manually - it was more just a case of it happening when you change direction with a player who can do it depending on the circumstances. May be wrong and if so i would also like to know how to control doing it.

the only time i did i was just running and a change of direction fast was what did it for me.
