Hello and welcome to this seasons game of Evo-Web Predicts, the sites longest running (well technically the only) game.
A lot has happened since the end of last season. Okay not a lot has happened lets be honest. I got sacked as an Admin...Spain won the Euro Championships as they fully deserved to by dicking a poor German side in the Final...The winner of Euro Predicts didnt want his prize so I gave it to the guy who finished 2nd. I bet he is lying to his work colleagues about his great victory now (or not)...Joe and Jaygrim got engaged...Plan M and DJ both got served with lifetime bans...and Top Gear started and finished (but thanks to Dave it will never be off our screens.)
Anyway lets get onto the business of why we are all reading this not so long but pointless intro and that is EWP, your weekly (and mid weekly when the CL kicks off) predictions game.
As its a new season and I am hoping we will have a few new people joining the game I guess I should go through the rules. You get 3 points for getting the score from the game right, along with that though you can also get 1 point for predicting whether it will be a HOME win, AWAY win or a DRAW. These dont have to match though so you could go for 1-0 and DRAW if you aint sure. Hope that makes sense, it always puzzles me as I type it up....
EDIT - Almost forgot to mention the prize...There is a choice for the winner come the end of the season whether they want an Evo-Web T-Shirt or mug. How exciting is that?!
