Right well have a look at this picture below...
You will see that I've pointed out adboards yeah? There is this like black colour that goes through them and moves all about the board while the screen is scrolling.
I dont know what it is but it happens when I scroll across electronic adboard previews on this site, so I assume this is a graphical problem.
Any help would be widely appreciated
