Hi All
I'm english but live in France and have always installed PES by illegal means but order the original game from the UK. I usually get the game sent to my parents house, change my reg key and thus enjoy playing online. This year however, is proving to be a nightmare. I'm now getting the following error when trying to install the 1.01 patch update from Konami:'The upgrade patch cannot be installed by Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the update patch may update a different version of the program. Verfiy that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.'
Pes 2011 has been installed on another drive and that may be the problem - however, I never had that issue with Pes 2010.
Anyway, I hope I don't receive any negative posts from my fellow Evo-webbers. I have bought the previous 5 instalments of PES and have always done it this way.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm running Windows 7 64bit btw.
