cant enter match rooms(online problem)

i just bought PES. Patched 1.1 and 1.2, but i cant play legends mode online cause when im trying to enter match rooms i stucked with this message 'An error has occured' Can anyone help me to solve this? really annoying:/

in system settings there is a new download tab try that. .

or if its connection

disabled firewall
forward ports or enable DMZ in the router
