Can't Create a Pro FIFA09 - PS3

Sorry, I tried search, but comes up with a load of guff.

Basiclly I can't create a Pro. When I choose the done option after I've finished doing my bit, I press Done (Start Button) and it asks if I want to cancel, if I say No it puts me back to the editing, if I say yes it wipes my guy out and goes back to the choose an option menu.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I think I read somewhere (discussion thread) that people were having problems after the patch. Never tried it myself. You should have a look in there, was on the last 5 pages I think (so no need to go searching the whole thread).
