Big Brother 9

Nope, Freeview. Don't watch enough English TV to bother paying for Sky.

I really hate that Alexandra. It's gone too far now, she's the most hypocritical person in there and she's way too aggressive and patronising. I think by putting other people's intelligence down she's secretly insecure about her own intelligence. She talks about disrespect but she's the worst one for it.

Hopefully she'll be evicted soon or chucked out for bullying.

EDIT: Sorry for the Jerry Springer moment.

I agree - When she argues with people it isn't entertaining at all.

Charlie was annoying but her Arguments were funny sometimes.

Alexandra is just a fucking Horrible person - The Lowest of the low. She is a Bully and she is Extremely Stupid. If you walk around London these days its full of Girls with this womans attitude - its Disgusting.

She should be kicked out.

The Men in the house should have more Balls aswell and Stop her from Bullying the Women in the house.

I ending up shouting at the TV yesterday because of her

why don't some have the fucking minerals to tell her she's a fucking hypocrite

I think they're just too polite Coopz. I'd love an argument with her though, I'd wind her up a treat.

This series is Depressing me - Its not Entertainment. All of the arguments are retarded.

There is no Entertainment.

Mario is a cock - Completely and also Alex. I think If they get rid of these two - the show would be much better!!

Bloody Mario saying its degrading for the two foxy birds to dance around and stopping them!!!!

While he is laying there with his fucking pants on getting cream rubbed into him!!! - he is a fucking cock!!!!

there is the euro's man. if nothings on tv, get your ass on battlefield bad company soldier! you have no excuse

Now the world don't move to the beat of just one drum....

AWESOME TV!

I used to watch that years ago when they had it on the old sky one every night.

Didn't the girl in it go into porn and top herself though?

"Member I told you"

Someone should slap her......really. To be honest if I was in there I couldn't stand being there with her, so I would slap the crap out of her if she spoke to me that way. I don't mind going to prison for it.

She speaks like little Rude Girls did when I was younger - It fucking shows how thick she is that she hasn't learned how to comunicate with people like an adult.

I really Fucking Hate her - She is everything that is wrong with the world all wrapped up in the shape of a Fucking Irritating, Disrespectful, Bullying Fucking Retarded Bitch!!!!!

All this I have had to fight for everything in my life - I'm a single Mum etc

I fucking Hate people that feel sorry for themselves - Fucking get a Grip. There are millions of people that have had a worse life than you and don't treat people like shit - you fucking Moron!!!!

Nope, I normally do but I'm sick of watching TV after spending so much time watching the Euro's. I'll watch it properly when Euro has finished.

Hundreds of Big Brother 9 viewers have complained to media watchdog Ofcom about alleged bullying by housemate Alexandra De-Gale.

Ofcom received 433 complaints about Alexandra's behaviour after she abused three fellow contestants.

Channel 4 confirmed it had received "around 300" complaints immediately after the broadcast on Tuesday night.

It said she had been reprimanded for "unacceptable behaviour", but said the atmosphere in the house had improved.

The row - broadcast in Tuesday night's highlights show - broke out after fellow housemate Rebecca Price offered to cook some food and then burnt the chips, prompting a stream of abuse from Alexandra.

"If you want to play games with your food, do it at home," the 23-year-old shouted at Rebecca.

Rachel Rice and Stephanie McMichael went to Rebecca's defence, but were confronted by more abuse, leaving Rachel in tears.

"It's bullying and it upsets me," she said in the diary room.

Monitoring

"Following the argument between Alex, Rebecca, Stephanie and Rachel, Big Brother called Alex to the diary room and reminded her of the rules regarding unacceptable behaviour," said a statement released by Channel 4.

"Alex is getting on with her fellow housemates and the atmosphere in the house has been calmer, but as ever Big Brother is closely monitoring the housemates and house activity."

A spokeswoman added that Thursday night's episode would include footage of Alexandra in the diary room saying she had curbed her behaviour since the incident.

This year's Celebrity Big Brother was axed after the 2007 version attracted a record 45,000 complaints to Ofcom.

The row centred on the alleged bullying of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty by fellow contestants Jade Goody, model Danielle Lloyd and singer Jo O'Meara.

The watchdog found that Channel 4 breached its code of conduct and made "serious editorial misjudgements".

Bloody hell, I must be missing something here!

"Im not trying to be funny" but i bet they have only took her out because she was gonna get lynched on Friday

she makes me want to smash my TV

i have never got angry over a TV program but she makes me want to go in there and give her a mouthful

i think the word "hypocrite" should have BB's Alex next to it in the dictionary

Teh whole Muslim thing was the end for me - It just highlighted what a fucking horrible Person she is.

Really there are some people that are better off not being in this world and she is one of them.

She goes on about respect etc - yet she acts like this on national TV in front of her daughter!! Her daughter will probably grow up to be exactly like Mummy - and the whole cycle starts over again.

She went into the house as converted to Islam but doesn't practice it anymore. Then she goes and lectures Mohammed about his behaviour - she is a fucking Retard and needs some psychological help.

Really - if it was in the papers that she had the shit beaten out of her - I would actually say thank God - Maybe she will realise that the way she acts and treats people is not how a person should behave.

She is the lowest of the low!!!

Have you seen exactly what she was axed for? She is a mental. My missus thinks she's brilliant - "she's just saying what she thinks without sugar-coating it, it's the way she's been brought up, she doesn't know any different, I really like her" - but I don't see how you can condone this.

BBC NEWS said:
According to Channel 4's transcript, while discussing the fact that she had been nominated, she told him: "I'm not throwing water at anyone. It's bigger than that... personal offence is never forgotten, do you know what I mean?

"We are just inside the house. I've got a very, very, very, very, very strong team outside the house."

According to the transcript, she went on: "I just can't wait to see my mans and them and see what their plans are, who they got... I'm not talking about those mans.

"I'm talking about my gangster friends. They got some instructions to follow out."

Channel 4 said the conversation had not been broadcast in the live streaming and was reported straight to production staff.

Ms Jain, who is head of E4 and Big Brother at Channel 4, said the show had clear rules about housemates' conduct and "that kind of behaviour is not acceptable".

"Alex's comments will be widely interpreted as having been intended to intimidate," she said.

"Other housemates have said they found her comments to be threatening and we believe that is the reasonable conclusion for them to have reached given the way Alex has behaved previously."

"Alex's comments will be widely interpreted as having been intended to intimidate" - how the hell else do you interpret that?!
