So apparently Ronaldinho has won it according to reports in Spain. No surprises there. The news was leaked by Spanish daily El Mundo Deportivo yesterday.

    1st Ronaldinho
    2nd Lampard
    3rd Gerrard

Chelsea's Frank Lampard is reputed to have come second for helping Chelsea to their first League title in 50 years, while Steven Gerrard who was also voted Champions League Man of the Year, is said to have won third-place, recognition for leading Liverpool to European glory last season.

That goal post advert sealed the deal ;)

At least we can all say we saw the man play in his prime - one of the greats of all time.

    Bring on Germany!

P.S. My signed Ronaldinho jersey just went up $25 in value.
