Basically, you need maxdrive disc (which is quite cheap) and a usb stick.

You can transfer your option file to the usb stick and then put it on your PC. You open your option file with PESeditor and it enables you to changes stats quicker, globally.

So for instance, if you find the game way too fast (which i do) you can decrease the Top Speed, Acceleration, Short Pass Speed, and Long Pass Speed, for all the players. Then transfer it back to your PS2 and the game has changed.

You can change basically what you want using the editor. :))
 
@geeeeee Ok i understood what this editor is about :) To be honest, i find the gameplay a bit fast, but i like it a lot and if you ask me, i wouldn't change anything :P
