An option file for PS2 with good team chants?

Was wandering if there is such a thing? Can you get an option file with added crowd songs? All I can find is patches with this but not sure if the option file includes it. Does anyone know of a good option file (I use max drive)?
which is the best for PES6 on PS2?

short answer, no, it's only in patches, option files do not feature chants.
