" An error has Occured " Problem

Hi guys! I don't know how many of you might hav this problem, but i'm suffering from it. It's like my game is updated 100% and patched with the latest 1.40 patchanv everything. but i Still get the " An error has occured " whenever i try to go online. I tried to install a fresh clean installation, and still didn't work. Anyone who knows how to fix this? I would me Very appreciated :):II
 
Hi there. I was having the same problem. It was i had not verified my konami id. If you have set up a konami id they will send you an e-mail. In this e mail you click on a link to verify it. After this you should have no problem.Hope this helps
