All FIFA 09 Leagues, Teams and Players for PES 2009?

As the title reads, is there any chance someone can get all the Leagues, Teams and Players from FIFA 09 and make a patch or setup or copy the files over to PES 2009.

I know this might not be possible, or no one knows, but it is worth a shot

EDIT: In particular, I am actually after the Hyundai A-League for PES 2009.
So that would be first priority.

there are enough patches, option files, editors and converters for you to do it yourself, with a little bit of reading and a couple of days effort you could have it done, and then post it for the ppl that may want it!
