PC Trouble since installing a few player faces.....

Alright guys not sure if its been brought up before but ive downloaded file loader and added 2 new players faces made by users to my game and ever since yesterday when i added them, when i press the windows button on my keyboard to check something during loading times on game or cut scenes.. it comes up pro evolution soccer 2014 has stopped working and just closes...

i have no idea why this is..
