PES2013 PC - now region locked??

Until the last update I was able to play against my mates in USA. But it seems no more. We have same versions, datapacks, etc. but we see different numbers of users on the servers. Everything worked fine before the latest patch.

Am I crazy or have Konami consciously region-locked the PC version in the last patch?

Anybody know?

There is only one PC version and it's not region locked. Not sure why you two are seeing different amount of players on the servers. That's strange.

Yeah that was strange alright.

Found the problem - it seemed that my partner had the wrong data pack installed. We managed to play transatlantic last night.
