Yes if you have the project file for the mod if you don't you can't open it

You can, with Paul's Frostbite Moding Tool, still experimental feature, though.

Yes / No.

It totally depends on what you are "unpacking" and what game it was made for.

After knowing that you would HAVE to make a tool to export the entities in the correct format.
