x1250 integrated? I don't think so.

There is no integrated graphics to run pes 2008 run smoothly at high detail.

how about with medium setting??? and 800x600 pix

1024*768 high maybe but I highly doubt it. What is your system specs? CPU and RAM wise..

NOt good.

AMD athlon 2400+ XP
1GB Ram
Nvidia 6800xt 256mb

Running 1440x900, low settings. 60fps

Lowering resolution doesnt make any difference on low, med or high.

it should actually make a difference but your cpu is totally killing the whole system performance there. I don't think a Socket A AMD Athlon 2400+ processor can handle PES 2008.

it might work at medium.

deivid99, with the same card (X1650PRO) with this configuration:

P4 2,53GHz
1GB RAM
Resolution 1024x768 60Hz

...do you think I can play at high details?

So if I upgrade my processor and stay with current graphics card, I should get better performance?

p4 2,53 is pretty much the same with amd athlon xp 2400+ , I remember calling p4 2,4 equivalent to xp 2400+, so you will not see any differences either.

Medium is my guess.

No and Yes,

it is a little more complicated than that.

I don't know where you would find a Socket A processor in order to upgrade it, maybe a second hand Athlon XP 3000+ but I don't know mate...

It is wiser for you to wait and save some money and upgrade your whole system. AGP is dead, socket A processors are too.

Try to save some and go for a new motherboard+new cpu+new graphics card.

cheers,

I have the X1650Pro 512mb P4 2GHz 1GbDDR

and if I want to smooth 60fps I have to go to LOW and even with that the screen shimmer or shake =seeing players near double when the ball is played about fast . looking at the no1 above the player it looks like this (11) bluring double call it what you will it happens even in LOW though the speed up of the game doesn't. If I got to MED or HIGH then the game speeds up as well as this seeing players and ball near double when ball is hit around fast

60mhz screen

My Spec:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+, 2.21ghz, 1gb Ram, Only got a poor radeon x700, if i upgrade this to a Nvidia 8600gt 512mb or a radeon x1950pro will this be enough to play on high settings comfortably? Also which out of those cards is the better performer?

Thanks in advance

x1950pro is surely better than 8600gt, but i'm not sure if it's enough to play on high settings comfortably..i play with x1950 pro, 1gb ddr2, P4 3Ghz, i can run the game on high and 1280x1024 pretty smooth, expect the bigger stadiums like santiago bernabeu and nou camp, where i have several slowdowns...

the graphics card on pro evo arent really the problem yet they should be, konami phucked up on it and basically your system needs 2gb ram and probably 4000+ and higher to run the game smoothly with 7600 GS and higher

well i run the game with

Core2duo E6600 @ 3ghz
OCZ SLI 2GB Ram @ 1000mhz
Radeon 1950XT 256mb

and that runs it on high @ 1600x1200 perfect no lag at all

oh and on vista
